Swain Products Inc., established in 2014 started on a vision to provide a service that will help consumers overcome irritants and challenges on items that they use in their daily lives.
The Challenge
Have you experienced hauling a propane tank to an exchange station and all the while feeling uneasy about a “loose” tank rolling around in your vehicle? If so, the birth of the Tank-Tote was created to finally help solve this issue.
The Solution
Our first prototype was built using a plywood base with an eyelet in each corner and a bungee cord strapping the tank in from one corner to the other. This proved so successful that at the suggestion of many others, my wife and I, decided to sketch a conceptual image of the Tank-Tote nearly of the appearance you see today. Like many products out in the market, we have gone through several adjustments to create the “Perfect” design to help fill the need.
